Teacher competence test
The teacher must identify students with a high potential for absenteeism or hidden dropout. The teacher must be witty to the students in the class. The positive behaviours of the learners should be reinforced, the teachers should be in constant communication with the parents. Organizing seminars for parents, increasing social activities in the school. These are some of the suggestions from the students for their colleagues. Based on the competence framework and the current literature, a new study will be conducted, and a competence test will be prepared.
